About us...

Statement of faith

We believe the Holy Bible, the inspired Word of God, to be the basis of and final authority concerning all matters regarding the truth of the Holy God and Father of our Savior and Lord, Jesus the Christ, through whose death and resurrection we may choose by faith to receive the forgiveness of sin and communion with God's Holy Spirit, eagerly expecting his imminent return in glory for His church.

Mission

The purpose of Interfaith Bible Fellowship is to teach, preach, witness, and demonstrate the inherent Word of God, complete with the power and evidences of the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit for such purposes as worshiping God in truth; establishing God's will in our lives; developing personal relationships with God the Father through Jesus the Son; equipping saints for the work of ministry; evangelizing surrounding communities and the world with the good news of the gospel of the Lord Jesus the Christ; and supporting the work of missions around the world until all, in unity of faith, become disciples of Jesus, measuring up to the full stature of Christ.

Elders & Deacons

Elders

Elders are spiritual leaders of the church dedicated to leading through prayer, the direction of the Holy Spirit, and ministry of God's Word. They are expected to innovate ways of promoting the gospel to surrounding communities, encourage people to use their spiritual gifts and talents for Godly service, and promote a heart for missions. All elders are ordained and may serve communion, baptize, and officiate funerals and weddings.

Deacons

Deacons serve the practical and material needs of the church and community. They are Spirit-led, love-filled Christians in action who provide help to those in need.

Pastor

With elder leadership all elders equally share the leadership of the church. However, any elder who is exceptionally gifted in preaching, teaching, or exhortation may be designated as pastor to provide needed community recognition and necessary continuity in shepherding the flock.
